Eh, I’m not sure I’m buying this. Silicon Valley is a manifestation of unfettered late-stage capitalism. No individual therapy will change the fact that structures of oppression – including being the oppressor – are spiritually devastating. The same way mindfulness has been co-opted to serve corporate interests (ie in the name of productivity), sending folks to therapy will just assuage some very valid guilt.
